Arsenal continued their impressive Champions League campaign with a hard-fought 2–1 victory away to Slavia Prague.
The Gunners made a strong start and took control of the contest through Noni Madueke, who opened the scoring in the first half.
Viktor Gyökeres then doubled Arsenal’s advantage, putting Mikel Arteta’s side in a commanding position.
However, Slavia Prague refused to give up. Wiktor Nowak pulled one back in the final minute after Arsenal failed to deal with a dangerous cross, setting up a nervy finish.
The hosts pushed for an equaliser, but Arsenal managed to hold on and take all three points.
It was not a perfect performance from the Gunners, particularly in the closing stages, but their ability to secure the result is what matters.
Arsenal remain unbeaten in the league phase after four matches and continue their push towards automatic qualification.
FINAL SCORE: SLAVIA PRAGUE 1–2 ARSENAL.
